Cancellation Policy

Monthly membership is £50 per month. You can cancel your membership with the notice period confirmed at registration; cancellation stops future billing from the next cycle. We do not refund part-months already billed except where required by law.

If we cancel a session, we will offer an alternative session or, where applicable, a refund or credit.

Single sessions and packages are booked subject to availability. You may reschedule a session with reasonable notice (the exact notice period is confirmed at booking). Sessions cancelled inside the notice period may be charged in full. If we cancel, we will reschedule or refund.

Cancellations and changes to school programmes are handled under the terms of the individual school partnership agreement.

Camp bookings can be cancelled with the notice period and refund terms confirmed per camp at the time of booking. Cancellations inside the notice period may not be refundable, other than where required by law.

If we cancel a camp, we will offer a full refund or a place at an alternative camp where available.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. We act fairly and reasonably within applicable UK consumer law.
