Terms & Conditions

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions where circumstances require, with notice and, where applicable, a refund or alternative session.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information at registration and for ensuring their child is fit to take part.

Weekly Academy membership is £50 per month and includes one structured session per week. The training calendar, holiday breaks and the notice period for cancelling membership are confirmed at registration and in our Cancellation Policy.

1-to-1 coaching packages are priced as published and are booked subject to coach availability. Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement, and missed sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

School partnerships operate under a separate agreement setting out session numbers, pricing, safeguarding arrangements and responsibilities. The terms on this site apply alongside that agreement.

Camp dates, times, availability and prices are confirmed per camp. Camp bookings and cancellations are governed by our Holiday Camp Cancellation Policy. We may refuse attendance where a child's needs cannot be safely met.

We take all reasonable care in delivering sessions. Participation in football carries an inherent risk of injury; parents and guardians accept this risk in line with our safeguarding and safety procedures. We are not liable for loss beyond what is permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
