Photography & Video Consent

We may take photographs and short videos at sessions, camps and school programmes for coaching purposes, our website, social media and promotional materials. We only do so with appropriate consent.

We will not publish identifiable photographs or videos of any child without verified parental consent. Images on this site are illustrative and are not presented as identifiable attendees without consent.

Consent is collected separately at registration (for example, on holiday camp and trial booking forms). You can choose whether to consent and can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Withdrawing consent means we will not use new images of your child going forward. We may need to retain some images already published where they have already been lawfully used.

Images are stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff. We do not share personal images with third parties for their own marketing. Where images are used on our website or social media, they are used in line with the consent you gave.

We ask parents and spectators to be mindful of other children when photographing sessions, particularly at matches and camps, and not to photograph or share images of children other than their own without consent.
