Ezekiel Football Academy is a children's football coaching organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us.

We collect the information you give us through our enquiry, trial booking, registration and school partnership forms — for example parent/guardian name, contact details, child's age and relevant medical or accessibility information for safeguarding and care.

How we use it

We store personal information securely with access restricted to staff who need it. Child registration information is handled through appropriately secure systems with restricted access. We keep data only for as long as we need it.
